You need to use SIE to open .TRE files.

You can find the top mesh container (.APT) in appearance/.

You can find the lod container (.LOD) in appearance/lod/.

You can find the .MSH in appearance/mesh/.

You can find shaders (Linker files to the texture and HLSL shaders) in shader/.

You can find textures in texture/.

This should fix issues with the script generating invalid mesh files. The output may not be perfect yet though:

Thank you. Your script helped me to export it correctly. Now the only problem is that swg is crashing when loading the new mesh (completly new model and converted to .msh format).
